Terms & Conditions

  1. All sales are final.

  2. Clerical errors are subject to correction.

  3. All Internet orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Online payments may be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal account.

  4. Special orders placed in stores require a 50% deposit.

  5. Any balance due on an order must be paid in full 2 days prior to delivery (No COD's.).

  6. Any change of delivery address or change in the order must be made in person by the purchaser at the location purchased.

  7. You must accept delivery within 60 days after the merchandise has been received from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated on the front of this contract.

  8. You are responsible for measuring to be sure merchandise will fit through doorways,stairways, into elevators, etc. Click here for a guide on how to measure! Where it is found that merchandise does not fit, you may select smaller merchandise or a merchandise certificate for which new delivery charges will be imposed. Alternately you may request a refund, less a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price.

  9. No special crating or packaging is available.

  10. Drivers cannot deliver furniture if someone 18 years or older is not at home at the time of delivery.

  11. Drivers cannot handle furnishings that are not listed on the delivery documents. This includes, but is not limited to, electronic components (e.g. televisions, computers, stereos).

  12. Pickup merchandise must be returned to the pickup location for service.

  13. Any merchandise damage claims must be made to the service department within 2 business days of delivery. Service will be provided within the Company's delivery area only.

  14. Any property damage caused during delivery must be reported to customer service within 2 business days of delivery.

  15. We reserve the right not to accept or cancel your order in the case of an extreme pricing error or other technical issue. In the rare instance that your order is not accepted or cancelled, you will be notified immediately and any authorization or charge to your credit card will be removed.

Delivery Policy

  1. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D.'s. All unpaid balances are due 2 days prior to delivery.

  2. If you choose to pay your balance by credit card, stop by any Store location with your sales order number.

  3. Drivers cannot handle furnishings that are not listed on the delivery documents. Please clear the area where your new furniture is to be placed.

  4. If you need to postpone your delivery, you must call Customer Service 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. If no one is home for the scheduled delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery fee.

  5. You will be contacted 24 hours prior to delivery and given a 4 hour window for delivery. Requests for specific times cannot be honored. Deliveries begin at 9 am. At your request our delivery service will:

      • Remove and replace doors with pin hinges, with the exception of screen and fire doors, to facilitate delivery.

      • Remove the cartons and packaging materials from your home. Place cartons and packaging materials at the location of your request, on your property.

      • Assemble bed frames, mattresses and boxsprings, headboards, footboards, wall units, china cabinets, dinette sets, lofts, bunks, captain's beds, all accessory hardware and attach mirrors to dressers. (We are unable to attach bed frames to merchandise purchased elsewhere).

      • Place the furniture where you would like it in the room.

Every effort is made to ensure your furniture arrives in good condition. However if your furniture requires service please call Customer Service within 2 business days of delivery.

Refund Policy

Purchases may be canceled, in writing, within 48 hours of original order date.

  1. Purchases canceled after 48 hours are subject to a charge of 20% of the purchase price.

  2. All refunds must be accompanied by original sales order receipt.

  3. All refunds of cash and check payments will be refunded from our main office and require up to 2 weeks for processing.

  4. There will be no refunds on merchandise that has been accepted by the customer. In the event that merchandise we deliver has a defect, we will inspect the furniture in your home, and repair or replace at our discretion.

  5. Returns or cancellations for purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by company check and require up to 2 weeks for processing. No cash refunds.
